Gardaland Hotel, Castelnuovo del Garda

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, very close to Gardaland, which was perfect for our family visit. The rooms were quite nice if you select one with a balcony, but we were initially placed in a room near the dog area, which wasn’t ideal. The service was quite disappointing as they seemed overwhelmed and did not address our concerns promptly. Overall, it’s a good option for families visiting Gardaland due to its great location, although the service could use some improvements.
