Overall, my stay had its highs and lows. The hotel has a lovely location that’s close to Lazise and offers good connections for exploring the area. The service had its moments; while some staff were friendly and helpful, others didn’t meet expectations. The rooms were a bit small and didn’t quite match the double I booked. Dining was pleasant, but the extra charges for basic meals were unexpected and felt a bit overpriced.

Rooms
6.0
I found the rooms to be quite small, especially since I booked a double room, and they were located in one building which was convenient for staying warm at night.
Service
7.0
The staff was quite lovely and helpful most of the time, but there was an experience with some unorganized and rude service from the reception team, which was disappointing.
Location
8.0
The location was nice, not far from Lazise and had good connections to the nearby highway, although driving is essential to reach places other than Gardaland.
Dining
5.0
Dining was pleasant, but I found the prices high for simple meals like fried eggs, and there were long lines to be seated each morning, which took away from the experience.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were satisfactory, but nothing stood out as extraordinary during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, but the temperature was a bit warm for my liking. The staff were friendly and created a nice family atmosphere, although there were a few unkind moments. The location was great for getting to Gardaland, but the breakfast was pretty disappointing, and I wasn't impressed with the dining options overall.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Gardaland, which made our family trip super convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although we had an interesting setup with a view of the dog area. Service was mixed; some staff members were really nice, while others, including the reception manager, were quite rude. The dining situation left much to be desired, with overpriced meals and limited options. Overall, a decent stay but it could certainly improve in some areas.

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is fantastic for visiting nearby attractions like Gardaland, the service left a lot to be desired. The rooms were nice, but the staff didn’t seem too concerned about complaints, which was disappointing. Dining could use some improvement as the options were pretty repetitive and the internet was frustratingly poor. Overall, it's a good choice for families wanting to visit theme parks, but expect some drawbacks.

Rooms

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, very close to Garda Lake and various family activities, plus there’s a free bus to Gardaland; which is a huge plus! However, the rooms were below average for the price, especially since we got a room next to the dog area, and the dining was a bit underwhelming with limited options. Overall, it's a decent choice for families but it could definitely improve in some areas.

Rooms
5.0
The room we were given was below average for the price and unfortunately placed opposite the dog area, which was tough for my pet allergies and my son's fear of dogs. It did have a balcony, which was nice, but we barely used it.
Service
6.0
The service was okay but could be better. I felt that the staff could have been a bit more thoughtful instead of just responding like a manager without power. There were amenities like room service and laundry available, but I expected a bit more.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect for families, close to Garda Lake and with a convenient free bus service to Gardaland. However, getting to local towns without a car was quite challenging, although there were hospitality buses available.
Dining

Facilities

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, very close to Gardaland, which was perfect for our family visit. The rooms were quite nice if you select one with a balcony, but we were initially placed in a room near the dog area, which wasn’t ideal. The service was quite disappointing as they seemed overwhelmed and did not address our concerns promptly. Overall, it’s a good option for families visiting Gardaland due to its great location, although the service could use some improvements.

Rooms
7.0

Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped, with a free bus service to Gardaland right outside.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were decent, but the food price did not align with the quality compared to other places, and the internet was really poor.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were okay, but they need more amenities like a bar or a proper mini-bar instead of just vending machines.

However, the rooms were a letdown compared to what was shown online, and the service was lacking. The dining options didn't meet my expectations either, which was disappointing.

Rooms

The rooms were a bit outdated and didn't match the exciting theme of the park. They were smaller than I anticipated based on the website photos.
Service

The service at the reception wasn't good at all. I encountered cleanliness issues during my stay, which dampened the experience.
Location

Service was generally good, although the payment process was quite frustrating. Dining options were somewhat limited and overpriced, which was disappointing. My stay at the hotel had a few ups and downs. The location is really great for families wanting to visit Gardaland Park, and the pool area was an added bonus. However, the rooms were not clean, and I found the staff to be quite rude, which made my experience less enjoyable. Overall, while it has a fantastic location, the poor service and dated rooms left much to be desired.

Rooms

The rooms I stayed in were quite dirty and felt outdated. I was actually surprised to find screens on the walls that didn’t even work properly. For the price I paid, the state of the rooms was definitely below average.
Service

Unfortunately, the service was not friendly or helpful at all. When I raised some issues, the staff insisted on payment for a service I had already paid for and suggested I take it up with booking, which was very frustrating.
Location

Overall, while there were some positives, there are also several areas that could really use improvement.
